Housing Programs 

Home Purchase Assistance - Opens Oct. 24th at 9AM

The City of Fort Pierce’s Grants announces the Home Purchase Assistance Program to begin accepting applications on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 9:00 AM and will close when all funds have been expended. Applications will be available online by visiting the website at https://cityoffortpierce.com/503/Open-Grant-Opportunities.

This initiative is being supported, in whole or part, by federal award number SLFRP5533 granted to the City of Fort Pierce by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The City Commission allocated $900,000 of the American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (ARPA-SLFRF) to fund the home purchase assistance program.

Residential Rehabilitation - Opens Oct. 24, 2022 at 9AM

The Residential Rehabilitation Program applications will be available online by visiting the website at https://cityoffortpierce.com/503/Open-Grant-Opportunities beginning Monday, October 24, 2022 at 9:00 and will close when all funds have been expended.

The City of Fort Pierce’s Grants Administration announces the availability $400,000 of State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) funds for Residential Rehabilitation Program.  Funding will assist income eligible applicants. The home must be within the city limits.
