Residential Rates
- The standard monthly residential fee for solid waste pick up is currently $22.14; it is billed by Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) on our customers’ monthly utility bill.
- Cost for an additional container: Green $15.94; Black $6.20 per month.
- Multifamily Rate is $19.99 per month

Additional services - There will be an additional monthly charge of $25.00 per service for opening and closing of enclosure doors. Trash left outside the container will not be collected. Please ensure that the dumpster is accessible and not blocked on service days.

Single Stream Recycling Program - "Do More Blue"
The City of Fort Pierce provides curbside recycling for all single-family homes in the city limits. Residential Recycling Service Fee is $3.11 and Multi-Family Recycling is $4.66. Fees are charged on the premises utility bill through the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority. Items accepted at this facility include:

- Brown paper grocery bags
- Cardboard boxes
- Catalogs
- Drink boxes
- Glass bottles
- Glass jars
- Magazines
- Milk cartons
- Newspaper inserts
- Phone books
- Plastic Jugs
- Rigid plastic containers (1-7)
