Sufficiency Review for Application Submittals
Application submittals for the following months Technical Review Committee (TRC) meeting are due by the 15th of the month. Please e-mail the application and supporting documents to email@example.com as PDF attachments or a link. (Detailed Project and Design Narratives will need to be in WORD and PDF format)
Please do not send payment until an invoice has been created. To view fees, click on the public notice fees and fee schedule links at the bottom of the page. Hard copies and fees can be mailed to 100 N. US Highway 1, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950, Attention: Planning Department, or dropped off at City Hall by e-mailing Planning@cityoffortpierce.com to schedule an appointment.
Fees can either be paid online by a credit card link or by check. If you would like to pay by credit card, please e-mail Planning@cityoffortpierce.com with the name exactly as it appears on the credit card and the best email address for the invoice link.
After the Technical Review Committee meeting, all project comments must be addressed and in complete compliance three (3) to (5) weeks, (dependent upon Ordinance review by the City Attorney) prior to being scheduled for the Planning Board meeting.
