Do I need a separate driveway permit for my new home?
No. Driveway locations and specifications are approved by the Department of Engineering prior to the issuance of the Building Permit. However, you must contact the Department of Engineering at completion of the driveway installation of forms for inspection 48 hours in advance for inspection before you pour the concrete. The same applies for final inspections and approvals prior to the installation of concrete may result in removal and replacement of the concrete.
