   If you need to request facility maintenance or repair from the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA), please complete this form. Once it's received, Marsha Commond, Redevelopment Specialist with the FPRA, will review your request and keep you updated on its status. Please note that certain services may require outside contractors, which could result in longer confirmation times. However, in the event of an emergency, please contact Marsha immediately. The FPRA will work closely with the designated Boys and Girls Club representative to resolve the issue quickly.

   Note: Please submit one form per service request. E.g. do not submit one form for multiple issues/requests.
